Andy Bowen Architect provides design consulting and existing building evaluations for property owners, commercial tenants, homeowner associations, insurance companies, and many others. Andy has over 30 years of experience in architecture, construction consulting, and forensic architecture (construction defect solutions).
Andy brings a commitment to quality, a spirit of collaboration, and a keen attention to detail to his work. He strives for the best possible outcome for each client. Andy sharpened his analytical skills and technical expertise during his long tenure at KPA Associates, Inc., a leading San Diego forensic architecture firm. He has a refined sense of design and a fascination with architectural history. Since 2017 he has served as a volunteer board member of the City of San Diego’s Historical Resources Board.
